Answer from 2024 FDD Document

If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement (attached as Exhibit C to this disclosure document), you will develop multiple Fly To Fit outlets, on an agreed-upon schedule. What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, you would sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement to develop multiple Fly To Fit franchises. The document specifies that if you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit C, you will develop multiple Fly To Fit outlets according to an agreed-upon schedule.

The FDD also states that for each future unit franchise under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, you will be required to sign the then-current form of the Fly To Fit franchise agreement. This agreement may differ from the franchise agreement included in the current disclosure document.

This implies that while the Multi-Unit Development Agreement sets the stage for developing multiple Fly To Fit locations, each location will also be governed by an individual franchise agreement. Prospective franchisees should carefully review both the Multi-Unit Development Agreement and the current franchise agreement to understand their obligations and the potential for changes in the franchise agreement for future locations.
