7.5 Personnel.
- (a) Management. The Business must at all times be under the on-site supervision of the Principal Executive or a general manager who has completed Fly To Fit Franchise's training program.
- (b) Service. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to render competent and courteous service to all customers and members of the public.
- (c) Appearance. Franchisee shall cause its personnel to comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance and hygiene standards set forth in the Manual.
- (d) Qualifications. Fly To Fit Franchise may set minimum qualifications for categories of employees employed by Franchisee.

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Principal Executive does not directly supervise the Business, then a general manager must be appointed to do so. This general manager must complete Fly To Fit's training program.
This requirement ensures that someone with proper training is always overseeing the operations of the Fly To Fit franchise. This helps maintain brand standards and service quality.
Fly To Fit also retains the right to require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete additional training programs at any time, in any format, and at any location they determine. Fly To Fit may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs, and the franchisee is responsible for all travel, living, and other expenses if the training is held at a location that requires travel.
