ur request, we may charge a | | Training classes will be scheduled in accordance with the needs of new franchisees. We anticipate holding training classes in advance of the opening of the franchisee's location, doing so remotely, at a corporate location, and at the franchisee's location once sufficient build-out has been completed and close to being open, as elaborated on in the additional questions below. This may change as we start to bring on more franchisees.
The instruction materials consist primarily of our Onboarding Checklist which contains links organized by section for all applicable written procedures, training videos, learning checks referred to as Knowledge Reviews (automatically graded with correct answers provided, with a structure in place requiring successful completion via a minimum score threshold), and a shadowing/coaching checklist and approval process all required to successfully and fully complete the necessary training. Additional instructional material will be provided consisting of additional similar training (additional procedures, additional video training, additional checklists, etc.) for "higher-level" functions required of the franchisee and/or the individual acting as the owner/operator and/or manager of the franchisee.
Training classes will be led by the franchisor(s) and/or its delegate(s), such as a corporateemployed, tenured individual who has been delegated to lead some or all aspects of training (i.e. a manager / assistant manager / senior employee who works at a corporate (franchisor) location).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, training classes may be held remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location. The FDD specifies that training classes will be scheduled based on the needs of new franchisees and are anticipated to occur before the franchisee's location opens. Training at the franchisee's location will occur once the build-out is sufficiently complete and close to the opening date.
Fly To Fit's training program utilizes an Onboarding Checklist with links to written procedures, training videos, Knowledge Reviews, and a shadowing/coaching checklist. Additional training materials will be provided for higher-level functions required of the franchisee, owner/operator, or manager. The training classes will be led by the franchisor(s) and/or their delegates, such as corporate-employed individuals with experience in training facilitation. Some training aspects will be self-directed by the franchisee using video training and instructional materials.
Furthermore, the table provided in Item 11 of the Fly To Fit FDD lists specific training topics and indicates where these trainings may be held. The training sessions for Operations Basics, Pricing, New Client Interactions, Client Interactions, FAQs, Client Satisfaction, Opening the Location, Closing the Location, Deep Clean and Maintenance, Equipment and Bungee Maintenance, Weekly Duties, Other Procedure Reviews/Miscellaneous, and Onboarding Graduation can be held in Albany, NY, or at the franchisee's location.
Prospective Fly To Fit franchisees should confirm the exact location of their training with the franchisor, as the location may vary. Franchisees are responsible for the travel and living expenses of their employees or managers attending training. The franchisee must also attend training and complete it to Fly To Fit's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening their business.
