What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the business must be under the on-site supervision of the Principal Executive or a general manager who has completed Fly To Fit's training program. This means that the franchisee (or their designated general manager) needs to be present and actively managing the Fly To Fit location. Furthermore, this individual must complete the franchisor's training program.
Fly To Fit may also set minimum qualifications for categories of employees. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related decisions, including hiring, training, and termination. Fly To Fit and the franchisee are not considered joint employers, and employees must acknowledge that the franchisee is their sole employer.
Fly To Fit retains the right to require the Principal Executive or any other employees to complete further training programs at any time. The franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses associated with such training. This ensures that the staff remains up-to-date with Fly To Fit's standards and practices.
