- (d) Pre-Opening Training. Fly To Fit Franchise shall make available its standard preopening training to the Principal Executive and up to one additional team member, at Fly To Fit Franchise's headquarters and/or at a Fly To Fit business designated by Fly To Fit Franchise. Fly To Fit Franchise shall not charge any fee for this training. Franchisee is responsible for its own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses. Fly To Fit Franchise reserves the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the program.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit provides its standard pre-opening training to the Principal Executive and up to one additional team member. This training takes place at Fly To Fit's headquarters or at a Fly To Fit business designated by Fly To Fit. Fly To Fit does not charge a fee for this training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses associated with attending the training. Fly To Fit also reserves the right to change the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending.
In addition to the standard pre-opening training, the Franchise Disclosure Document states that the Franchisee's Principal Executive must complete Fly To Fit's training program for new franchisees to Fly To Fit's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening the Business.
