What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the annual financial statements of a local or regional advertising cooperative are available for review by Fly To Fit itself and by the members of the cooperative. Fly To Fit retains the right to administer the cooperative or delegate this responsibility to an outside company or the franchisee members.
Fly To Fit also has the authority to require the cooperative to operate under written bylaws or other governing documents that Fly To Fit determines. These documents are not currently available for franchisee review. Furthermore, Fly To Fit maintains the power to form, change, dissolve, or merge these cooperatives.
This means that as a Fly To Fit franchisee, you may have the right to review the advertising cooperative's financial statements if you are a member. However, Fly To Fit ultimately controls the cooperative's administration and has broad authority over its operations and structure. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific bylaws and governing documents that will dictate the cooperative's operations and their rights as members.
