What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer all products and services that Fly To Fit prescribes in the manual or in writing. Franchisees are restricted to selling only to retail customers at the approved location, unless Fly To Fit approves or requires otherwise. This means a Fly To Fit franchisee's offerings are dictated by the franchisor, and they cannot deviate from the approved list without permission.

This requirement ensures consistency across all Fly To Fit franchise locations, maintaining brand standards and customer expectations. However, it also limits the franchisee's autonomy in tailoring their offerings to local market demands. A franchisee cannot introduce new products or services without Fly To Fit's explicit approval, potentially missing out on local market opportunities.

Furthermore, Fly To Fit has the authority to set minimum, maximum, or exact prices for products and services, unless restricted by law. This pricing control, combined with the mandated product and service offerings, gives Fly To Fit significant influence over the franchisee's revenue streams and business operations. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these restrictions and evaluate how they align with their entrepreneurial goals and local market conditions.
