- 11.5 Business Data. All customer data and other non-public data generated by the Business is Confidential Information and is exclusively owned by Fly To Fit Franchise.
Fly To Fit Franchise hereby licenses such data back to Franchisee without charge solely for Franchisee's use in connection with the Business for the term of this Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all customer data and other non-public data generated by the Business is Confidential Information and is exclusively owned by Fly To Fit Franchise. However, Fly To Fit licenses this data back to the franchisee without charge.
The franchisee can only use this licensed data in connection with the operation of their Fly To Fit Business and only for the term of the Franchise Agreement. This means the franchisee cannot use the data for any other business ventures or purposes outside of running the Fly To Fit franchise.
This arrangement allows Fly To Fit to maintain control over sensitive business data while enabling the franchisee to utilize it for day-to-day operations and business development within the scope of the franchise agreement. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee's right to use this data ceases.
