After you open your business:

We will provide you with our suggested staffing levels (Section 5.2), suggested guidelines for hiring employees (Section 5.2), and operational instructions in the Manual which you can use as part of training new employees (Section 5.3). All hiring decisions and conditions of employment are your sole responsibility.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Fly To Fit Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit will provide franchisees with suggested staffing levels after they open their business. Fly To Fit also provides suggested guidelines for hiring employees and operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual. Franchisees can use the manual as part of training new employees. However, all hiring decisions and conditions of employment are the franchisee's sole responsibility.

Fly To Fit also provides franchisees with advice to improve and develop their business and resolve operating problems they encounter, to the extent Fly To Fit deems reasonable. This advice is provided via telephone or electronic communication. If Fly To Fit provides in-person support at the franchisee's request, they may charge a fee of $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, lodging, and meals for their employees providing onsite support.

Fly To Fit will also provide franchisees with recommended procedures for administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control. Fly To Fit may make these procedures part of the required procedures for the Fly To Fit system. Fly To Fit will maintain a website for the Fly To Fit brand, which will include the franchisee's business information and telephone number.
