- 5.3 Assistance in Training Employees. Fly To Fit Franchise shall, to the extent it deems appropriate, provide programs for Franchisee to conduct training of new employees.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit may provide programs for franchisees to train new employees, to the extent that Fly To Fit deems appropriate. However, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for all aspects of employee management, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, compensation, and termination.
Fly To Fit may also require franchisees to provide training programs to their employees. If these training programs require travel for the franchisee's Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all associated travel, living, and other expenses.
Furthermore, the Principal Executive or a general manager must complete Fly To Fit's training program. Fly To Fit may also require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete additional training programs at any time, in any format, and at any location determined by Fly To Fit. Fly To Fit may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs.
