Will Fly To Fit provide on-site opening support?

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit will provide on-site support for one week in connection with the franchisee's business opening. This support is provided by a Fly To Fit representative.
In addition to on-site opening support, Fly To Fit offers pre-opening assistance such as reviewing potential locations, providing standard building plans and specifications, suggested staffing levels and hiring guidelines, and access to the Brand Standards Manual. Fly To Fit will also advise franchisees regarding the planning and execution of their market introduction plan. If requested, Fly To Fit will review the franchisee's pre-opening business plan and financial projections.
After the Fly To Fit business opens, franchisees can receive advice from Fly To Fit via telephone or electronic communication regarding improving and developing their business and resolving any operating problems encountered. However, if in-person support is requested and provided, Fly To Fit may charge a fee of $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, lodging, and meals for their employees providing the on-site support.
