What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit will provide franchisees with suggested guidelines for hiring employees. Fly To Fit will also provide suggested staffing levels and operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual, which can be used as part of training new employees.
Fly To Fit also offers opening support that includes assisting franchisees in training employees. The FDD mentions that training classes will be scheduled based on the needs of new franchisees and may be conducted remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location.
However, the FDD clearly states that all final hiring decisions and employment conditions are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. This means that while Fly To Fit offers guidance and support, the franchisee is ultimately accountable for all aspects of hiring and managing their employees.
