What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the instruction materials primarily consist of an Onboarding Checklist. This checklist is organized by section and contains links to written procedures, training videos, and Knowledge Reviews. The Knowledge Reviews are automatically graded, provide correct answers, and require a minimum score for successful completion. The checklist also includes a shadowing/coaching checklist and approval process, all of which are required to fully complete the necessary training.

In addition to the Onboarding Checklist, Fly To Fit provides additional instructional material consisting of further training, procedures, video training, and checklists. This additional material covers higher-level functions required of the franchisee or the individual acting as the owner/operator or manager.

Training classes are led by the franchisor or their delegates, such as corporate-employed individuals. Some aspects of the training are self-directed, where the franchisee follows the training structure using video training and instructional materials created by the franchisor. The instructors from Fly To Fit have experience dating back to the establishment of the corporate entity, while delegates typically have at least one year of experience and have successfully completed their own training and facilitated training for others.
