What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, any official written notice to Fly To Fit Franchise should be sent to 1814 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205. However, Fly To Fit Franchise can provide notice of changes to System Standards and deliver notices of default via electronic mail or other electronic communication.

For a Fly To Fit franchisee, this means that while certain formal communications must be delivered to the Albany address, the franchisor retains the right to use electronic methods for routine updates and even important notifications like default notices. It is crucial for franchisees to monitor both traditional mail and electronic channels to stay informed.

It's also important to note that either party can designate a new address for notices by providing notice of the new address. Notices are considered effective upon receipt or first rejection and must be delivered personally, sent by registered or certified U.S. mail with return receipt requested, or sent via overnight courier. This ensures there is a verifiable record of delivery and receipt of important communications.
