What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Fly To Fit Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit will maintain a website for the brand. The FDD specifies that the website will include the franchisee's business information and telephone number.

Fly To Fit also states that the brand website may be paid for by the Marketing Fund. The Marketing Fund consists of contributions from franchisees, set at 1% of gross sales per month. Fly To Fit has the right to allow other franchisees to contribute a different amount or at a different rate. Fly To Fit-owned outlets are not obligated to contribute to the Marketing Fund.

Fly To Fit also states that they will use the Marketing Fund only for marketing and related purposes and costs. They are not required to spend any amount of advertising in the area or territory where any particular franchisee is located.

As a new franchisor, Fly To Fit did not spend any money from the Marketing Fund in their most recently concluded fiscal year. If less than all marketing funds are spent in the fiscal year in which they accrue, the money will remain in the Marketing Fund to be spent in the next year. No money from the Marketing Fund is spent principally to solicit new franchise sales.
