What information about my Fly To Fit business will be included on the Fly To Fit brand website?

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Fly To Fit brand will maintain a website that includes your business information and telephone number. This is a standard practice in franchising, allowing customers to easily find and contact local franchise locations. The website may be paid for by the Marketing Fund.

Fly To Fit also uses the Marketing Fund for marketing and related costs. Media coverage is primarily local, and Fly To Fit uses outside vendors and consultants to produce advertising. However, Fly To Fit is not required to spend any specific amount on advertising in the area or territory where any particular franchisee is located.

As a Fly To Fit franchisee, you may use your own advertising or marketing material only with Fly To Fit's approval. To obtain approval, you must submit any proposed advertising or marketing material at least 14 days prior to use. If Fly To Fit does not respond, the material is deemed rejected. If you develop any advertising or marketing materials, Fly To Fit may use those materials for any purpose, without any payment to you.
