We will provide you with our suggested staffing levels (Section 5.2), suggested guidelines for hiring employees (Section 5.2), operational instructions in the Manual which you can use as part of training new employees (Section 5.3), and our initial training program described below. Our opening support (as described below) includes assisting you in training employees. All hiring decisions and conditions of employment are your sole responsibility.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the opening support, Fly To Fit will assist franchisees in training employees. This support includes providing suggested staffing levels and guidelines for hiring employees. Additionally, Fly To Fit will provide operational instructions in the Brand Standards Manual that franchisees can use as part of their employee training programs.
Fly To Fit also offers an initial training program. A representative will provide on-site support for one week in connection with the business opening to further assist with employee training.
Fly To Fit training classes will be scheduled based on the needs of new franchisees and may be held remotely, at a corporate location, or at the franchisee's location. The training materials consist of an Onboarding Checklist with links to written procedures, training videos, Knowledge Reviews, and a shadowing/coaching checklist. Additional instructional material will be provided for higher-level functions required of the franchisee, owner/operator, or manager.
