If Fly To Fit makes such a change to its Marks, franchisees are obligated to comply with the change within a reasonable time frame, and at their own expense.
This means that a Fly To Fit franchisee will be responsible for any costs associated with updating signage, marketing materials, or other branded items to reflect the new Marks. This could include the cost of new signs, printed materials, website updates, and any other changes necessary to comply with Fly To Fit's updated branding.
