What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to offer only the products and services that Fly To Fit prescribes in its manual or in writing. Franchisees are restricted to making sales only to retail customers at the approved location, unless Fly To Fit approves or requires otherwise. This means that franchisees cannot engage in wholesale, delivery, mail order, internet sales, or sales at temporary locations without explicit permission.

This requirement ensures consistency across all Fly To Fit franchise locations, maintaining brand standards and customer expectations. However, it also limits the franchisee's autonomy in choosing which products and services to offer, potentially impacting their ability to cater to local market demands or introduce innovative offerings without corporate approval.

Fly To Fit retains control over the products and services offered, allowing them to adapt the system-wide offerings based on market trends or strategic decisions. While franchisees can request approval for alternate inputs, Fly To Fit has the final say. This system ensures uniformity but may require franchisees to adhere to decisions that don't perfectly align with their local market conditions.
