Is the Fly To Fit franchisee required to comply with all mandatory obligations in the manual?

- 7.1 Compliance with Manual and System Standards. Franchisee shall at all times and at its own expense comply with all mandatory obligations contained in the Manual and with all other System Standards.
- 11.1 Manual; Modification. The Manual, and any part of the Manual, may be in any form or media determined by Fly To Fit Franchise. Fly To Fit Franchise may supplement, revise, or modify the Manual, and Fly To Fit Franchise may change, add or delete System Standards at any time in its discretion. Fly To Fit Franchise may inform Franchisee thereof by any method that Fly To Fit Franchise deems appropriate (which need not qualify as "notice" under Section 18.9). In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, Fly To Fit Franchise's master copy will control.

In case of any dispute regarding the contents of the manual, Fly To Fit's master copy will be the controlling reference.
