What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is permitted to make sales only to retail customers. These sales must occur exclusively at the physical location of the Fly To Fit business.

Unless Fly To Fit provides explicit approval or requires otherwise, franchisees are prohibited from engaging in sales through alternative channels. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, wholesale transactions, delivery services, mail order sales, online sales, or sales conducted at temporary or satellite locations.

This policy ensures that Fly To Fit maintains control over its brand image and customer experience by limiting sales to approved channels. A prospective franchisee should confirm with Fly To Fit what constitutes 'retail customers' to ensure compliance.
