What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit reserves the right to modify the length and content of the initial training program. This adjustment is based on the experience and skill level of the individuals attending the training. The initial training is provided to the Principal Executive and up to one additional team member at Fly To Fit's headquarters or a designated Fly To Fit business, without any training fees.

This flexibility in training content and duration means that new Fly To Fit franchisees may receive a more tailored training experience. Franchisees with prior fitness or business experience might find the training more streamlined, while those new to the industry could receive more comprehensive instruction. This approach could benefit franchisees by ensuring they receive the most relevant and effective training for their specific needs.

However, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, meals, and other out-of-pocket expenses related to the training. It is important for prospective franchisees to inquire about the typical length and content of the training program, as well as the criteria used to determine adjustments, to better prepare their budgets and staffing schedules. Understanding these factors will help franchisees anticipate the time commitment and costs associated with the initial training.

Fly To Fit also provides ongoing support, including a review of the franchisee's pre-opening business plan, assistance with the market introduction plan, and on-site opening assistance for one week. This comprehensive support structure, combined with the tailored training program, aims to equip franchisees with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully launch and operate their Fly To Fit business.
