Answer from 2024 FDD Document

Your franchise agreement will specify a territory, which will be determined by us. Your territory will have a population of approximately 100,000 to 200,000 people from the location, whichever comes first. Your territory will usually be specified as a radius around your location; however, we may use other boundaries (such as county lines or other political boundaries, streets, geographical features, or trade area).

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement will specify a territory determined by Fly To Fit. This territory typically includes a population of approximately 100,000 to 200,000 people from the franchise location, whichever comes first. While the territory is usually specified as a radius around the location, Fly To Fit retains the right to use other boundaries such as county lines, political boundaries, streets, geographical features, or trade areas.

Fly To Fit determines the territory in its good faith discretion, substantially in accordance with Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document. If Fly To Fit fails to state the territory in writing within 60 days after the franchisee opens the business to the public, the territory will be deemed to be the zip codes which include and immediately surround the location of the franchised business and comprise a total of 200,000 population.

Prospective franchisees should note that Fly To Fit does not grant any options, rights of first refusal, or similar rights to acquire additional franchises. To establish additional franchised outlets, a franchisee must sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement. The franchisee does not have the right to relocate their business, and Fly To Fit has no obligation to approve any request for relocation.
