Is Fly To Fit Franchise required to inspect and approve the Business before the franchisee opens?

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit Franchise does require an inspection and approval of the franchisee's business location before it opens. Specifically, before opening the business to the public, the franchisee must ensure that Fly To Fit has inspected and approved the business. Additionally, Fly To Fit must provide written approval to open, which, according to the agreement, will not be unreasonably withheld. The franchisee is also required to notify Fly To Fit at least 30 days before the intended opening date.

Furthermore, the franchisee must meet several conditions before opening. These include compliance with the Franchise Agreement, obtaining all necessary governmental permits and authorizations, and ensuring the business adheres to all applicable System Standards. The franchisee must also have hired a sufficient number of employees and ensured that all officers and employees have completed the required pre-opening training.
