What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit Franchise has the right to modify the Manual at any time and inform franchisees of these changes through any method they deem appropriate. This method does not necessarily have to qualify as formal "notice." In case of a disagreement about the Manual's contents, Fly To Fit Franchise's master copy will be the controlling document.
This means that Fly To Fit has broad discretion in how they communicate updates to franchisees. Franchisees should be aware that they may not receive formal written notice of changes and should proactively seek updates from Fly To Fit to ensure compliance. Relying on outdated information from the Manual could lead to operational errors or failure to meet System Standards.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the master copy of the Manual held by Fly To Fit Franchise will be the definitive version in case of any discrepancies. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Fly To Fit to stay informed about any changes and to clarify any uncertainties regarding the Manual's content. Franchisees should inquire about the typical methods of communication used for updates and how frequently the manual is updated.
