What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit may require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete post-opening training programs. These programs can be in any format and in any location determined by Fly To Fit. This gives Fly To Fit broad discretion in deciding where and how the training will be conducted.
This means that as a Fly To Fit franchisee, you and your employees might need to travel to a location designated by Fly To Fit for further training after your business has opened. The FDD also states that Fly To Fit may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs.
Furthermore, if the training program requires travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel, living, and other related expenses. This could add to the operational costs for the franchisee, especially if the training location is far from the franchisee's business. Franchisees should factor in potential training costs and travel expenses when budgeting for their Fly To Fit franchise.
