What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit has the discretion to mandate post-opening training programs for the Principal Executive and other employees. These programs can be in any format and at any location that Fly To Fit determines.
This means that as a Fly To Fit franchisee, you and your employees may be required to attend additional training after your business has opened. The format of this training could vary widely, potentially including online courses, in-person workshops, or on-the-job training. The location could be at Fly To Fit's headquarters, another franchise location, or any other site chosen by Fly To Fit.
Fly To Fit may charge a reasonable fee for these training programs, and franchisees are responsible for covering all travel, living, and other expenses if the training occurs at a location that requires travel. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential ongoing training costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses of a Fly To Fit franchise.
