What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, while Fly To Fit does not charge a fee for the standard pre-opening training provided to the Principal Executive and one additional team member, the franchisee is responsible for covering certain expenses. This training takes place at Fly To Fit's headquarters or a designated Fly To Fit business location.
The franchisee must pay for their own travel, lodging, meals, and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the pre-opening training program. Fly To Fit retains the right to modify the length and content of the initial training based on the attendee's experience and skill level.
This means that prospective Fly To Fit franchisees need to budget for these costs when planning their initial investment. These expenses can vary significantly depending on the distance to the training location, the duration of the training, and personal spending habits. It is important to clarify the expected duration and location of the training with Fly To Fit to estimate these costs accurately.
