For the entire term of the Fly To Fit agreement, what is the franchisee required to do at the location?

According to the 2024 Fly To Fit Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is granted the right to operate a Fly To Fit business solely at the specified location for the entire 10-year term of the agreement. The franchisee is responsible for developing, opening, and operating the Fly To Fit business at that location throughout the agreement's duration.

Fly To Fit requires franchisees to adhere to certain operational standards at the location. The business must be supervised by the Principal Executive or a trained general manager. Franchisee personnel must provide competent and courteous service, adhering to dress, appearance, and hygiene standards outlined in the manual. Franchisees must also use software and related systems required by Fly To Fit, and upgrade them as required. Franchisees are also expected to resolve customer complaints promptly and participate in customer evaluation and compliance programs.

Additionally, Fly To Fit may require franchisees to remodel the location, but not during the first two or last two years of the franchise term, and not more than once every five years. Franchisees must also maintain specific insurance policies. Upon termination or expiration of the agreement, the franchisee is obligated to de-identify the location by removing all Fly To Fit marks, signage, and trade dress within 30 days.
