What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, in the event of a dispute regarding the contents of the Manual, Fly To Fit Franchise's master copy will be the controlling version. This means that if there's any discrepancy or disagreement about what's in the Manual, the version maintained by Fly To Fit will be considered the definitive and accurate one.

For a prospective franchisee, this clause emphasizes the importance of staying updated with any changes or modifications to the Manual communicated by Fly To Fit. Franchisees should ensure they are always referring to the most current information provided by the franchisor to avoid any operational inconsistencies or disputes. Fly To Fit has the right to modify the manual at any time and can inform franchisees of these changes through any method they deem appropriate.

This provision is fairly standard in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to maintain consistency and control over the brand's standards and operating procedures. However, it places the onus on the franchisee to diligently follow updates and clarifications issued by Fly To Fit to ensure compliance and avoid potential conflicts.
