Fly_To_Fit Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
Fly To Fit Franchise shall determine the Territory in its good faith discretion, substantially in accordance with Item 12 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
Grant of Territory
Your franchise agreement will specify a territory, which will be determined by us. Your territory will have a population of approximately 100,000 to 200,000 people from the location, whichever comes first. Your territory will usually be specified as a radius around your location; however, we may use other boundaries (such as county lines or other political boundaries, streets, geographical features, or trade area).

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit determines the territory for a franchise. The Franchise Agreement will specify a territory, and Fly To Fit will determine the territory. The territory will have a population of approximately 100,000 to 200,000 people from the location. Fly To Fit may use a radius around the location or other boundaries such as county lines, political boundaries, streets, geographical features, or trade areas to define the territory.
Before Fly To Fit determines the territory, the franchisee must find a potential location within a Development Area and submit it to Fly To Fit for acceptance. Fly To Fit has 30 days to accept or reject the proposed location. If Fly To Fit accepts the location, it will issue a Location Acceptance Letter that states the location and territory.
It is important to note that the franchisee does not have the right to relocate their business, and Fly To Fit has no obligation to approve any request for relocation. Fly To Fit's policy is to approve relocation on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as changes in demographics, profitability, or loss of premises beyond the franchisee's control. The franchisee also does not have the right to establish additional franchised outlets unless they sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement.
