We do not negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms, for the benefit of franchisees. However, we may do so in the future.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit does not currently negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms, for the benefit of its franchisees. However, the FDD indicates that Fly To Fit may choose to do so in the future. This means that franchisees are responsible for securing their own supply arrangements and negotiating prices with approved vendors, which could impact their operating costs and profitability.
Fly To Fit does require franchisees to purchase specific items from designated sources. For example, franchisees must purchase required bungee fitness products and systems from Fly To Fit Bungee Fitness, LLC, an affiliate of Fly To Fit. All other purchases of fixtures and equipment related to the business must be made through Fly To Fit's approved vendors. Fly To Fit retains the right to require franchisees to purchase or lease all goods, services, supplies, fixtures, equipment, inventory, computer hardware and software, real estate, or comparable items related to establishing or operating their business either from Fly To Fit or its designee, or from suppliers approved by Fly To Fit, or according to Fly To Fit's specifications.
While Fly To Fit does not negotiate on behalf of franchisees currently, the FDD does state that this could change.
