What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must meet several conditions before opening their business. The franchisee must notify Fly To Fit at least 30 days before the intended opening date. This advance notice allows Fly To Fit to schedule inspections and provide necessary support.

Prior to opening, the franchisee must be in full compliance with the franchise agreement. This includes adhering to all terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. The franchisee must also obtain all necessary governmental permits and authorizations required to legally operate the Fly To Fit business. The business location must conform to all applicable System Standards, ensuring consistency across all Fly To Fit franchises. Fly To Fit must inspect and approve the business location, confirming that it meets the brand's standards for operation.

The franchisee needs to have hired a sufficient number of employees to properly staff the business. Furthermore, all officers and employees must complete all required pre-opening training programs provided by Fly To Fit. Finally, Fly To Fit must provide written approval to open the business, which, according to the FDD, will not be unreasonably withheld. Meeting these conditions ensures that the franchisee is prepared to operate the Fly To Fit business according to the franchisor's standards and legal requirements.
