We issue specifications and standards to you for applicable aspects of the franchise in our Manual and/or in written directives. We may issue new specifications and standards for any aspect of our brand system, or modify existing specifications and standards, at any time by revising our Manual and/or issuing new written directives (which may be communicated to you by any method we choose). We will generally (but are not obligated to) issue new or revised specifications only after thorough testing in our headquarters, in company-owned outlets, and/or a limited market test in multiple units.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit has the authority to modify the specifications and standards for the franchise. Fly To Fit issues these specifications and standards in their Manual and/or written directives. These directives cover various aspects of the franchise.
Fly To Fit can introduce new specifications and standards or change existing ones at any time. These changes are communicated through revisions to the Manual or new written directives, which can be delivered through any method Fly To Fit chooses.
Fly To Fit states that they will generally issue new or revised specifications after testing at their headquarters, in company-owned outlets, and/or through limited market tests in multiple units. However, Fly To Fit is not obligated to conduct such testing before implementing changes. This means that as a Fly To Fit franchisee, you must stay updated on any changes to the Manual or written directives, as these can be modified at any time and may impact how you operate your franchise.
