What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly To Fit has the authority to modify the list of required vendors. Fly To Fit may require franchisees to purchase or lease inputs from Fly To Fit, its designee, required vendors, or approved vendors based on Fly To Fit's specifications.
Fly To Fit retains the right to change these requirements or the status of any vendor. To implement such changes, Fly To Fit will issue updated System Standards, which franchisees must then follow. This means that a Fly To Fit franchisee may be compelled to switch suppliers if Fly To Fit alters its approved vendor list or requirements.
If a Fly To Fit franchisee wishes to use a vendor not already approved, they must submit a written request to Fly To Fit for approval. Fly To Fit may condition its approval on criteria such as the vendor's capacity, quality, financial stability, reputation, and reliability, including inspections, product testing, and performance reviews. Fly To Fit will provide written notification of approval or disapproval within 30 days of the request.
Fly To Fit also has the power to negotiate prices and terms with vendors on behalf of the entire Fly To Fit system and may receive rebates or other consideration from these vendors based on franchisee purchases. Fly To Fit is not liable to the franchisee for any claims or losses related to products or services provided by approved or required vendors, including defects, delays, or unavailability.
