What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly To Fit's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses incurred when complying with changes to the Marks. Fly To Fit has the right to add, modify, or discontinue any Marks used within the System.

Following any changes to the Marks, the franchisee must comply within a reasonable timeframe. This compliance, however, comes at the franchisee's own expense. This could include costs related to updating signage, marketing materials, and any other items bearing the previous Marks.

This requirement means that franchisees need to be prepared for potential expenses related to rebranding or updating the business's image as directed by Fly To Fit. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses of the franchise.
