What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the "Initial Trainees" are required to attend the Initial Management Training Program. Fly Fitness determines, in its sole discretion, whether the Initial Trainees have satisfactorily completed the program.
If the Initial Trainees do not satisfactorily complete the Initial Management Training Program, or if Fly Fitness determines that the program cannot be satisfactorily completed by the franchisee and the franchisee's principals, Fly Fitness may terminate the Franchise Agreement.
Prospective franchisees should carefully consider the implications of failing to complete the initial training program, as it could lead to termination of the agreement. It would be prudent to ask Fly Fitness for specific details on what roles are considered "Initial Trainees", the criteria for satisfactory completion, and the grounds upon which Fly Fitness might determine that the program cannot be completed.
