What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly Fitness will provide a trainer for on-site training, supervision, and assistance with daily operations, local marketing, and the grand opening of your Franchised Business. This on-site training will last for up to five days, and there will be no additional cost to the franchisee for this service.
This on-site support is a significant benefit for new Fly Fitness franchisees. Having an experienced trainer present during the opening phase can help ensure that operations run smoothly, staff are properly trained, and marketing efforts are effective. The trainer's assistance with daily operations can be particularly valuable in navigating the initial challenges of launching a new business.
However, the Franchise Agreement, Section 7.3, states that Fly Fitness will provide a trainer at your premises for on-site training, supervision, and assistance for only one day at the opening of your Franchised Business.
Prospective franchisees should confirm with Fly Fitness the exact duration and scope of on-site training support to align expectations and ensure adequate preparation for the business launch. It is important to clarify whether the discrepancy between the five days mentioned in Item 11 and the one day mentioned in the Franchise Agreement is accurate.
