Does Fly Fitness provide samples of advertising and promotional materials?

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly Fitness franchisees may develop their own advertising materials at their own cost and use marketing materials that Fly Fitness may offer from time to time. However, all advertising and marketing materials, including press releases, must be approved in advance and in writing by Fly Fitness, which approval may be withheld at their discretion. Fly Fitness will respond to the franchisee's request for approval within ten business days; otherwise, the proposed advertising or marketing material is deemed disapproved.

Fly Fitness requires franchisees to spend at least $15,000 in opening advertising and promotional activities commencing six weeks prior to and during the two months following the opening of their franchised business. After that initial period, franchisees must spend at least $500 per month on local advertising to promote their Fly Fitness studio. Fly Fitness reserves the right to increase the local advertising contribution by 10% annually.

Fly Fitness also requires franchisees to establish a social media presence on sites such as Instagram and Facebook, operating it in accordance with Fly Fitness's brand standards as set forth in the Operations Manual. The FDD also mentions "Sample Marketing Emails" are included in the appendices.
