What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to purchase, lease, or use equipment, supplies, services, or other items from a supplier not already approved by Fly Fitness, they must first request prior written approval from the company.

As a condition of granting approval, Fly Fitness may require an inspection of the potential supplier's facilities. They may also require evaluation and testing of the specific item or service the franchisee wants to use.

Fly Fitness reserves the right to charge the franchisee for the actual costs associated with any inspection and testing of the unapproved supplier or their products. This means the franchisee could incur additional expenses to get approval for a new supplier.
