What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the opening assistance for a new franchise, Fly Fitness provides on-site opening training, supervision, and assistance for a duration of five days. This service is provided to the franchisee at no charge.
This on-site support is a valuable benefit for new Fly Fitness franchisees. Having a trainer present during the initial opening phase can help ensure that operations are set up correctly, staff is properly trained, and any initial challenges are addressed efficiently. This hands-on approach can contribute to a smoother launch and quicker establishment of the business.
While Fly Fitness covers the cost of the trainer for the initial five days, franchisees should be aware that any additional training programs offered by Fly Fitness may incur reasonable fees. Franchisees are also responsible for covering all incidental expenses associated with additional training, such as travel and accommodation.
