What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly Fitness provides on-site opening training, supervision, and assistance to the franchisee for five days. This service is provided at no charge to the franchisee.

This on-site assistance is a valuable benefit for new Fly Fitness franchisees, as it provides direct support during the critical opening phase. Having a trained representative present can help ensure a smooth launch and adherence to Fly Fitness's operational standards. The fact that this service is offered at no charge further reduces the initial investment burden on the franchisee.

In addition to the initial opening assistance, Fly Fitness may also offer mandatory and optional additional training programs from time to time. Franchisees may be required to participate in ongoing training for up to three days per year and attend a national business meeting or annual convention for up to three days per year. However, Fly Fitness reserves the right to impose a reasonable fee for these additional training programs, and the franchisee will be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred.
