You (if the franchisee is an individual) or all of your owners (if the franchisee is a business entity) and your general manager must complete our five (5) - day Initial Management Training Program, to our satisfaction prior to opening your Franchised Business. We will train you and your general manager at our headquarters or another location at our discretion:

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Management Training Program is five days long. This training is mandatory for the franchisee (if an individual) or all owners (if the franchisee is a business entity), as well as the general manager, and must be completed to Fly Fitness's satisfaction before the franchise opens.
The training takes place at Fly Fitness's headquarters or another location they choose. The cost of the instructors and training materials for up to three people is included in the initial franchise fee. However, franchisees are responsible for covering all travel and personal expenses, such as transportation, meals, and lodging for themselves and their personnel.
Fly Fitness also provides a trainer for on-site training at the franchise location for up to five days at the opening, at no additional cost. This on-site training includes supervision and assistance with daily operations, local marketing, and the grand opening. Fly Fitness may also conduct additional training programs, which could be mandatory or optional, including an annual conference or national business meeting.
