Does Fly Fitness loan a copy of the Manual to the Franchisee?

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly Fitness will provide franchisees access to the Confidential Operations Manual, as well as other manuals and written materials that Fly Fitness may develop for use by franchisees, which may be revised from time to time. Fly Fitness has the sole discretion to provide these documents electronically or via the Internet.

As a Fly Fitness franchisee, you are granted access to the operations manual, which contains confidential information, knowledge, know-how, and techniques related to the Fly Fitness system. Franchisees must ensure that anyone who has access to this information, such as employees, sign an agreement to protect this confidential information.

Fly Fitness requires franchisees to adhere to the standards and requirements set forth in the manual or otherwise when it comes to advertising and promotion. Franchisees must submit samples of all advertising, press releases, promotional plans, and public relations programs to Fly Fitness for approval. This ensures that all advertising aligns with the brand's standards.

Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, all rights and licenses granted to the franchisee will immediately terminate. The franchisee must immediately cease operating the Franchised Business and discontinue using the Marks, Intellectual Property, and Confidential Information associated with Fly Fitness.
