What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fly Fitness will, at its discretion, provide samples of advertising and promotional materials. These materials are developed by Fly Fitness for franchisees to use in local advertising and marketing efforts for their Fly Fitness businesses. This means that while Fly Fitness may offer these materials, it is not obligated to do so.

As a Fly Fitness franchisee, you should be prepared to develop your own advertising and promotional strategies, although you may receive some guidance and examples from Fly Fitness. It is important to note that all advertising and promotion by the franchisee must be conducted professionally and conform to Fly Fitness's standards and requirements as outlined in the manual or otherwise.

Before using any advertising, press releases, promotional plans, or public relations programs, a Fly Fitness franchisee must submit them to Fly Fitness for approval. Fly Fitness has ten business days to approve or disapprove the submitted materials. If Fly Fitness does not respond within this timeframe, the plans are deemed disapproved, and the franchisee cannot use them until written approval is obtained. Additionally, Fly Fitness can allow other franchisees to use any advertising, marketing, or sales concepts, programs, or materials developed by a franchisee without compensating the franchisee.
