What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fly Fitness's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests on-site remedial training for newly hired or existing personnel, or if Fly Fitness deems it necessary, the franchisee will be responsible for certain fees. Fly Fitness will provide additional trained representatives to conduct this training at the franchise location, subject to personnel availability.

The franchisee is obligated to pay a per diem fee for the services of these trained representatives. This fee is the standard amount that Fly Fitness charges to franchisees within the System for such services at that time.

In addition to the per diem fee, the franchisee must also cover the costs of travel, lodging, and meals for the Fly Fitness representatives providing the on-site training. This means the total cost for on-site remedial training will include both a daily service fee and reimbursement for all travel-related expenses incurred by the trainers.
