We grant franchises for the right to operate a boutique fitness studio concept offering mainly group fitness classes, but also semi-private, and private sessions in a non-judgmental environment. We offer a hub where anyone can come and feel welcomed, encouraged, and inspired to further their wellbeing under the "Fly Fitness" Mark, using our distinctive operating procedures and standards from a single location in a limited protected territory (the "Franchised Business"). The Franchised Business provides instruction by coaches who work with participants to address each member's personal goals. The Franchised Business will offer regularly scheduled classes for both individuals and groups.
The distinguishing characteristics of the Franchised Business includes our proprietary instructional methods, tools, equipment, distinctive interior and exterior design, décor, color schemes, advertising and marketing specifications, and other standards, specifications, techniques, and procedures that we
designate for developing, operating, and managing Fly Fitness outlets, all of which we may change, improve, and further develop (collectively, our "System").
We also offer qualified individuals the right to open a minimum of three (3) Fly Fitness outlets in a designated area under the terms of a multi-unit development agreement.
