Fly Holdings, LLC, was formed on March 6, 2019, and is our owner. Fly Holdings, LLC has not offered franchises in this or in any other lines of business previously.
Our affiliate, Fly | A Fitness Revolution, LLC, is a Nebraska limited liability company with a notice address of 201 N. 13th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. Fly | A Fitness Revolution, LLC is the owner of the "Fly Fitness" Marks. Fly | A Fitness Revolution, LLC has not offered franchises in this or any lines of business previously. However, Fly | A Fitness Revolution, LLC has previously offered license agreements in the State of North Dakota.
