What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Flowerama's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a franchisee's first unit is $35,000. However, for a Flowerama franchisee's second or subsequent unit, the initial franchise fee is reduced to $17,500. This represents a significant discount for existing franchisees looking to expand their operations.

This reduced fee can make it more attractive for current Flowerama franchisees to open additional locations. It lowers the upfront investment required, potentially accelerating their growth within the Flowerama system. The franchisor benefits by incentivizing successful franchisees to reinvest in the brand, expanding its market presence.

It's important to note that this reduced fee applies specifically to the initial franchise fee. Other fees, such as ongoing royalties or marketing contributions, may remain the same for subsequent units. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the entire FDD and discuss all fees with Flowerama to fully understand the financial implications of opening multiple units.
