If your lease for the premises of the Flowerama Center terminates without your fault, or if the premises are damaged, condemned or otherwise unusable, or if in your and our reasonable judgment there is a change in the character of the location of the Center sufficiently detrimental to its business potential to warrant its relocation, we may grant permission to you to relocate the Center. You may not relocate your Center without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
